We built Emery Group to do what traditional strategy consulting does, but with senior people, direct contact, and modern tools. The old model was built around pyramids: partners sell, juniors work, clients pay for the layers. We don't think you should.
How we work
Every Emery engagement is led by a senior consultant with ten-plus years of experience. They own the work end to end, and pull in peers from our community when more hands are needed. No associates, no delivery teams, no layers.

OUR BEGINNING
Emery Group was founded in 2024 to offer a better alternative to traditional consulting: senior expertise without the cost, complexity and junior leverage of the classic firm model.
We built Emery around experienced independent consultants who combine top-tier training with the judgment that comes from years of real client work. Modern tools make that model faster, leaner and more effective, helping small senior teams do work that once required much larger ones.
The name Emery comes from the stone used to sharpen and refine. That reflects how we work: bringing clarity, rigor and momentum to complex strategic and operational questions.
Today, Emery works with senior consultants with backgrounds at firms such as McKinsey, Bain, Booz & Company, Monitor Deloitte and BCG, combining top-tier standards with the flexibility, speed and focus of an independent model.
